I have to say this is one of my favorite portraits. I've known Rachel since we were in kindergarten. We've stayed connected though the years and have always maintained our friendship. I feel like this photograph says a lot about her thoughts, feels and attitude towards life. Rachel has never been one to back down or let things slide. She's a strong independent woman ready for any obstacle that may come her way.
This has always been one of my favorite photos you've ever taken. The lighting is like heaven, so amazing. And her body language mixed with the landscape behind her gives it so much emotion. It feels so intense.
ReplyDeleteExactly. I think "Intense" is the perfect word about it. It's really beautiful and it gives some feeling of a cold, fresh and peaceful morning. Amazing photo :)
